Hi Guys!!
I received my acceptance letter for the Entry Level Masters of Nursing Program at SFSU!
I have been applying to schools for 2 years FINALLY THE DAY HAS COME!
I graduated in 2013 with a BA in Human Development Health Services...and my last science pre req was probably 2011.
Needless to say I am rusty as can be!
Please respond with any tips/suggestions
1. Do you know someone who attended SFSU for nursing? Or will be in the future?
2. Any suggestion on study material prior to nursing school/ (things I should review?)
4. All things nursing!!!

Congratulations @chelseabcasey on your acceptance!!
I haven't gone through the program, but I hope I can be of help. From searching across several EL-MSN and ABSN postings, current nursing students in those respective programs say to start reviewing or acclimating yourself to pathophysiology, pharmacology, medical terminology, and dose calculations. I could not find too much info on SFSU's EL-MSN, but I definitely hope to apply to their EL-MSN(A) which they begin Spring 2016.
If you don't mind me asking, what stats/experience got you into this program? It's extremely competitive, so I just wanna see if I have a shot... :)

[h=3]@chelseabcasey, did you have to apply to SFSU's ELMSN program a second time to get in, or did you get in the first time? From what I hear a lot of people get waitlisted (they accepted 16 out of 125 applicants this year) and I'm wondering if they are more receptive when waitlisted applicants reapply the following year...[/h]
