Hello Everyone,
I am hoping to rank this summer. I got an A in Anatomy 1 and a B in Anatomy 2 and a B in Pharmacology. I have all of the certifications for first aid and CPR. I have most of my titers except for varicella which I am getting the titer done this week. I am also getting the TB test done and my physical this week. However, for the Specialized Admissions Orientation there is no space in either campuses for me to have the orientation before ranking deadline. Is there any possibility I'll get in the program or am I pretty much screwed?/:

same here I guess it depends on how many points u got in total from 1200. there accepting 80 students this semester. so more of a chance to get a seat.
I was able to schedule a last minute orientation since people canceled. You wouldn't happen to know what to do if you received your titers and it showed that Hepatitis B was non reactive do I have to get the three shots again in order to be considered or can i start the series of shots now and still be able to rank? I know some programs allow you to rank and get accepted as long as you complete the series before you start clinicals.
Pat told me that you have to be up to date on all vaccines and show immunity in order to qualify for the program. It takes up to 3 months. That's the hepatitis b takes awhile because it's a series. That's what she told me . So I got worried also. It won't hurt to go talk to her .
But she did say that it has to show immunity
I am current on all of my vaccine however the Hepatitis B titer showed that I was not immune. So since I found out too close to ranking deadline I was not able to repeat the series of shots in time
Damn I'm sorry, but on the brightside I heard that ranking in October is better because less people apply in fall
