eICU

:banghead: I am the manager of the ER/SCU units of our small critical access hospital in Indiana. We will be incorporating the eICU technology inour ICU. It was sprung upon me that I will be the clinical lead on this project. I am feeling HUGELY overwhelmed. Is there anyone here who has assisted in the initiation of the technology in their department? The amount of time that I am expected to spend with this is going to take over some of the other things I am doing. Our prospective "LIVE" date is in April. Can someone enlighten me on any of this? Thanks. JB
