educational audio CDs for commute

I recently accepted a position that will require a two hour commute to work. Im two years out of school and still have a lot to learn. Ive been listening to books on tape (CD) during my commute and would like to look into educational books on tape having to do with nursing. Id be interested in anything whether its review from A&P or new info to learn. Im an ER nurse and could always use more education....Im having a hard time finding what Im looking for....any suggestions?
