Was having trouble understanding the logistics for the following....

Is it possible to be able to just choose to work in the Adult section of the ER? I prefer/don't really like working with the Pediatric population.

Are there any residencies/fellowships that would just train for Adults (ER)?

Also, does one really have to be an FNP to get an ER training through a residency/fellowship or can one be an Adult Geriatric NP and still do this?
