EBP HELP PLEASE

Hi guys! This is my first time during an EBP project and I have figured out my PICO and implementations, along with my SWOT analysis, I'm just struggling to understand "Practice Problem" Im not sure what way to go about it so if any suggestions how I word it or help on what exactly I should be including in it this is so far what I have, (thanks in advance)

PICO: Are children who received early education on dietary modifications and physical activity at a decreased risk for developing type 2 diabetes compared to those who do not receive early education?

IF I am going in the right direction with the practice problem, I so far have,

-Poor nutrition

-lack of exercise

-lack of education

as main reasons why type 2 diabetes is on the rise in the pediatric population
