eastern shore community college LPN Program!

Hi all, i'm new here. I am so excited, I just got my acceptance letter to Eastern Shore Community College's PN program (in Melfa, VA) last week! my plan is to attend chesapeake college afterwards for my ADn to become a RN at our local hospital (PRMC).....anyone else been to ESCC or who will be attending in the fall?

First off, Congratulations! I am currently in the PN program at ESCC. Good luck to you this coming Fall!! :)

Sorry, it has taken me so long to respond. The program keeps you very busy. One piece advice I could give you that I still struggle with today is to make sure you put Nursing School first and everything else after. It is a very hard and stressful program. I will have to look you up! Enjoy the rest of your summer before the program starts!

thank you so much for responding. i understand totally that life is hectic! (i have a 3, 2 and 1 yr old, luckily my hubby telecommutes so he is home with them while i am at school!)....

i do have a question (when you have time to respond again)...i was on the allheart website and was gonna get some scrubs and shoes for clinicals, is there a certain color shirt or pants or shoes to get?

i ordered a stethoscope, penlight and bandage scissors off there already, lol. (can you tell i'm excited?)

Also got a "dosage calc. make incredibly easy" book to get me ready for that class in the fall, i hope it helps.
