Hey! Once everything is received at EKU (letters of rec, transcripts, personal statement, etc) it took about 2 weeks. You will be given an EKU Direct login when you apply. You can log on and it will list what is received and what is not. Once all items on the list are marked "received", your status will then change to "Pending departmental decision". I logged on daily until that status is updated to "accepted to school of graduate nursing" or something along that same line. Good luck! I'm very excited to be a Colonel again!! I did my BSN there as an undergrad and lived in the dorms on campus (back in early 2000s). It was a great experience and it was a tough program but they want you to succeed. Their pass rate is 100% (both for RN and NP) because they care and are very proud of their program. My RN/BSN class had 100% passing on our boards. They are supportive and very efficently ran. I was looking over at some of the departmental faculty listed when i got my acceptance and recognize several instructors from my undergrad days.
Keep me updated on your progress! I'd love to hear back when you get accepted. Are you from KY?

Just received my acceptance for EKU's FNP program starting Fall 2017! Any others applying for this term? I am an alumni of their brick-and-mortar BSN Program and had an absolutely awesome experience there as an undergrad. Definitely looking forward to getting started next fall after I separate from the Navy :)
Let me know if you will be attending also! I'd also love to hear others experience with the program who are currently enrolled :)
