Hi Banana,
Alot has to do with the circumstances you are in (current job, age, financial obligations). On the surface, the best generic advise I could think of was to complete your current BS/BA in the next year, and then go into a nursing program (even if it's ASN). You could then finish off the BSN at your leisure, unless you have grad score on your short-term sites. As I said, this is a major decision that requires consideration to your circumstances. Good Luck to you!
Hey Banana,
I am also accepted to the BSN/MSN program at D'Youville and I actually think we are really lucky to get in. I live in GA so this is going to be a big change for me but I think its worth it since nursing schools are already getting so competitive. 3 and half years for a masters is pretty good! I already have a bachelors in another field and she still said it would take that long. But I think its worth it for the long run. Good luck!
hello,
i actually got in for fall and have to defer for winter, i am nervous for this program. i wish there was a way i could see what a week of nursing classes are like without actually moving and paying tuition. good luck at dyouville!you are coming farther than i am so i suppose you are risking more good luck!

i was accepted into dyouville in buffalo. I am wondering if anyone has input on their program
the program is a direct entry program...i just don't know if i should do it
i have three years as an undergrad and they will only accept 45 credits, plus this program will take 3.5 yrs to complete
is it worth "starting over"??
