Good Afternoon,

I am currently a pre-nursing student living in North Carolina. I already have a Bachelors Degree in Business but now I want to become a Nurse Practicioner. I plan on applying to UNC and Duke but I am 100 percent sure that I will get into UNC but that is really where I want to go. I need some information from someone that had already gone through the ABSN program at Duke and how the tuition reimburment program is and how they paid for school. I also want to know if they feel like it was worth it. I would appreciate all the help I can get because I really need to know if it is worth it to apply.

Thanks

Sorry about the misunderstanding. 3 MEANS YES AND 2 MEANS NO

You may want to read the latest thread in the NC forum. A few current students posted their opinions on the program.

Duke University cancelled their tuition reimbursement program for the ABSN. The hospital still offers a much smaller one for certain departments. At the info. session they repeatedly emphasized how expensive it was and it seems like most people pay through loans, including private.
