Duke New Grad Residency or NYC Bellevue

Hello! Has anyone started their nursing career/worked at either Duke Hospital or Bellevue in NYC? I went to nursing school in NY and was set on working there but then I got this opportunity to work at Duke. I'm really torn because I love NY and did rotations at Bellevue so I'm somewhat familiar with it. But Duke would be a new experience and possibly a less chaotic training environment. The pay at Duke is way less than NY, but when factoring in cost of living and expenses, it's almost the same.

Any tips/advice would be great! Thanks!
