DS-230 Form help please

Hi, need a little help with my DS-230 form...I am getting mixed anwers ...

regarding one part of this

where it says Name & address of Petitioner... is that me or is that the hospital that is sponsoring me??? I have 4 forms to fill in (me Hubby and 2 boys)

Oh I hate forms...lol

Hi Sue,is that for Q.10? I put the name of the HR person at the hospital there ( she signed my contract) , along with the address of the hospital- that is what the attorney told me to do. My form has nothing about petitioner????!!!! Good luck with the forms, I did them about 5 times each until I felt they were right! :) I also photocopied them!

OK -I just checked you are filling out Part 2, I haven't done that one yet- saving it for a rainy day!!!

Yes it is in part 2 ...the Lawyer didnt actually give us that part of the form and when my Hubby tried to download it again off the Immigration website it came as 4 pages not 2 as we had already been given.

Lawyer has "JUST" been in touch and has said the same as you - the hospital is the petitioner..lol
