Just want to ask if it is too late to apply for this cycle now, or should I apply early in August? Not sure if all the seats are filled up yet.

I don't believe it's too late. Drexel has like rolling admissions I've been told so if you don't make it for 2025-2026, they can always offer you a spot for the next class
