Drexel NCLEX Excel Review

Published

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has recently taken the Drexel NCLEX Excel review course? What was your opinion about it and how did you do on the NCLEX. I was able to find a few posts from around 2005 and 2008 and most were negative. It surprised me a little because Drexel's Nursing Grads have been passing the boards with a 98-99% rate for first-time test takers.

The course is a little expensive so, if anyone could talk about the review book, the on-line course, the Q & A net section......anything, really. I would greatly appreciate it.

(I also posted this under the NCLEX Forum but, made a thread here in case someone may have missed it ;))

Hello, I took the Drexel review course. It was an intensive 4 day course. In my opinion, it had advanced information covered under each topic. If you know that information, you will surely pass the NCLEX. After reviewing what I didn't recall from school, I took the on-line assessments. I also did questions from Saunders NCLEX prep text. I passed the NCLEX on the first try. What Drexel did for me was to show me which areas I needed to brush up on. Good Luck.
