Hey , Congrats I have 20 days left, what to expect towards last couple of days , so I still check in ? Any special requirements.

Thank you! There were no special requirements. Per my consent agreement I had to I submitted a written termination of probation request. I typed it up signed it and submitted it via the ARSBN nurse portal. I submitted a last personal report and employer evaluation through the Affinity app. You still have to continue to check in until you get an "Action Cleared" letter. I got it through the nurse portal account. I had to check in a few days after my completion date until I got the letter and was no longer able to log in to Affinity. Congratulations on completing monitoring!

So my probation was suppose to end April 18 I turned in the letter, called emailed. Etc I still haven't heard anything.  I'm still checking in and doing everything. Help I have no clue what's going on

Did you submit your letter through the nurse portal and not affitiny? That's what I did and it did take about a week I think. I also sent messages through affinity as well.

Messages sent from portal along with uploading letter.  And thru affinity.  Plus called and left voice mail.

My next step would be to mail a certified letter.
