Domestic assault/violence

I hope our managers and higher ups on the chain of command can eliminate the violent staff members who exploit their coworkers, instead of cowarding  away from the issue . Specifically disrespectful CNAs . Anyone who doesn’t follow the chain of command and breaks policy should be written up. There is no need for a messy report when I can handle an issue as the nurse for the argument between the CNA and elder patient. I’m over the lack of good honest work and CNAs doing their own thing without communicating with the nurse. I be as friendly as I can but they seem to not understand the vision and their lack of credits. I am there to help and I’m sick of being taken advantage of and getting in trouble for their  lack of common sense. Patient are malnourished and the CNAs are eating up the unit goodies and nobody is saying anything? I don’t get a lunch many days and they take unlimited breaks, anytime I say anything it is assault that I never experienced before in my whole life, it is a straight argument. Shame on the management for allowing nurses to be abused by disrespectful uneducated thiefs. ?
