Does it matter which hospital you work at pre-CRNA school?

Published

I'm a nursing new grad and is actively interviewing different hospitals for ICU RN. My end goal is to become a CRNA in the future so I try to plan and make every decision accordingly to that goal.
I recently have been accepted in ICU at a magnet recognition, level II trauma center and, at the same time, been offered an interview with reputable, level I trauma, researching, teaching hospital. I really want to just accept the offer and move on, but do not want to miss the opportunity to leave an impression in my resume to CRNA schools in the future.

My question is, "will CRNA school look closely at where you work as an ICU RN? Does it matter if it's a level I or II, reputable or not? Will it benefit your resume more if you work at a bigger hospital?”
Thank you so much
