Does anyone use Chem Rx?

I'm new to using Chem Rx at one of my jobs and I was wondering...do orders still have to be faxed to the pharmacy ? I would guess since its "Chem Rx" and the medications are delivered from Chem Rx they are linked but are the new orders picked up as they are put in or is there anything we have to do?
