Do you use the Nursing Process when answering HESI

Hello everyone! I took HESI and I passed NCELX. NCLEX in my opinioin was much easier. In my opinion, the HESI exam is way different from NCLEXl

I don't feel you can utilize the nursing process with HESI? I have alos heard that HESI is more pathophysiology.

I can't seem to grasp what really differs between the two, but they are truly different. HESI seems to ask and the answers seem to be off the wall.

Maybe you guys who have taken HESI can better explain it.

I think it would help if we can best describe the different styles between the two exams.

By the way, does anyone know of a free HESI webiste test practice question.

I managed to find three free flashcards claiming to help prepare for the HESI

I couldn't find any public domain questions. There might be something at academic libraries or nursing school media centers. HESI is a product of the publisher Elsevier, so I'd be shocked if you found anything out there for free.
