DNP- Transcultural Nursing (TCN)

I have been looking for a DNP program that interests me, and I stumbled across the DNP-TCN at Augsburg in MN. I have been looking for similar programs so I can compare before deciding, however, I am having a hard time finding programs with this focus. Is anyone aware of any others?

Also, would love to hear about Augsburg's program if you are in it/completed it.

Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, what kind of roles would a DNP in TCN open for their graduates?

I can only speak to what I am interested in doing. I am currently an academic nurse educator with an MSN-ED. With a DNP, I would be more qualified for administrative positions or tenure-track positions. The typical DNP tracks (organizational and systems leadership, etc) do not interest me as much. I believe the TCN would equip me with the knowledge and skills to be more culturally sensitive as an educator and a nurse, and allow me to incorporate these concepts into the courses I teach.

Now just to find a program! ?

Gotcha.  Seems like it's quite a rare focus.  But does the program need to be specifically tailored to TCN or could you do your DNP capstone on TCN in any reputable DNP program with faculty who are experts on TCN?  As far as I am aware the DNP degree has basic criteria for curricular offerings set by AACN which may limit that specialized focus from being widespread.
