DMV Nurse Residency

Hi, everyone

I'm a recent nurse grad in the DMV area and I am looking into nurse residency programs.

I'm trying to weigh my options between the following prospective employers:

Washington Hospital Center

Georgetown University Hospital

Sibley Memorial Hospital

Children's National

Does anyone have any experience at these locations and can provide some insight? (work culture, pay, etc.). I am hoping to go into either NICU or Mother/Baby Units but I may have to be flexible based on what is available for a new grad.
