My NS is the epitomy of "all that glitters is not gold". Disorganized, a skills lab that is never available to students, (always closed, not staffed), more paper work (essays, journals, group presentations), than hands on clinical time. Most students attitudes are "we are in it already, so we just have to roll with it". I guess we will really learn to be a nurse when we graduate.
