Hi! Yea so I had a screening interview over zoom done with a recruiter and I was told that if they want to move forward with me I'll then get a call from a manager to do an in-person interview! Did you do a screening interview over zoom and an in-person interview?
Also, congrats!!

Oh nice!! How was the interview?! Any tips?! And honestly I don't know what unit I'm really applying for. I've applied to so many places & I'm starting to lose track😅 but the email said tele/ED but seemed like in the screening they were leaning more towards tele.. But I said I was open to both units. IDK I'm just nervous at this point🥲 Don't know much about this hospital either.

The interview was really simple!! They asked me "so tell us what you know about the hospital and why dignity / er" so def read up! I talked about how it's a level 2 trauma center and cited multiple years in a row best DTLA hospital and the oppurtunity to care for a large amount of vulnerable populations...
then had a case study and they asked if I had questions!!
they told me they were hiring 8-10 for ER : ) no idea about Tele
But for the actual screening interview (the one I talked about above was my in person interview after) I had 4 scenario questions!

That's good to hear! I did mention some of that in my screening that they're a stroke center, a level 2 trauma, & one of the few 24/7 ERs in DTLA but I'll definitely read more about it. I was only able to see info on the ER itself that's why I feel like I don't know much about the entire hospital but I'm sure they're not expecting us to know the hospital like the back of our hand haha.
& okay yea my screening was 4 scenario questions also but I'm definitely going to Google some case studies just so I'm prepared (if I get called for an interview LOL).
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!

Hi! Has anyone done a screening for dignity health (California Hospital Medical Center)? If so, any tips on how the screening went and what was asked (clinical scenarios, etc) would be greatly appreciated! 🫶🏻
