Did the Twin city Nurses Strike???

Greetings All Nurses,

I was reading from the main section of this site about the Senate hearing about the Nursing shaotage. In the article it stated "With a contract vote set for Thursday that could determine whether 9,000 registered nurses at 13 hospitals in the Twin Cities area will go on strike, nursing supporters almost filled the 550-seat auditorium at St. Paul Technical College for the hearing with the Minnesota Democrats."

Did thoses nurses strike?
