Did anyone apply to U penn 1st review deadline

Hey guys. Did any of you apply to U Penn for their first review deadline, April 1st. I just heard about the deadline so it was a mad rush to get everything in. I am still waiting for one acceptance letter by a professor to be sent in. :crying2: I hope they still start to review my application without it though. Do you think I should call or email them and explain the circumstances. It couldn't hurt right?

no one applied? and in the above I meant "recommendation letter", not acceptance, lol
