Diagnostic Testing questions

Hi everyone,

I am so glad to be part of this community. Anyway, am a first year nursing student, and i come from Africa. I really like posting questions in order to get different views and also learn from others. Please help me solve these questions.

1. 70 years old male has just returned to the unit following a bronchoscopy. Identify 3 priority nursing intervention for this patient.

2. Mrs. Smith is 54 years old and has noticed that she has fallen short of breath. She denies smoking. The nurse needs to assess this situation. What information is missing from this description of the problem?

3. Mr. More, age 78, is complaining of nocturia. The nurse needs to complete her assesment. What information is missing from this description of the problem? What important questions must be asked?
