Device for toileting

I recently acted as assited caregiver for sick relative who weighed over 300lbs for a year ..he is gone to be with the lord now..after several strokes.

Toileting was difficult for us and him. .Wondering if there is officially a medical device specifically for wiping a patient. .rather than hand in glove. .if not been thinking about creating one for home caregivers ,nurses etc..what do you all think
