Denver hourly compensation?

U.S.A. Colorado

I currently live in KS and am relocating to Denver within the next month. I am a RN-BSN, work in a level III NICU and have 7 years experience. Our pay rate here is around $21.50 before shift diff. I have 2 questions...IS PSLMC a great choice for NICU nsg ( all opinions appreciated) and secondly what type of pay scale should I negotiate, (if anyone can give me a range that would be great)? :)

OK, so I'm a student and only have had my OB rotation at PSL, but I thought it was great. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable....as far as pay goes...they told us new grads start at $20. So that's my quite limited knowledge, hope it helps a little!

Thanks for that info, at least it gives me a starting point! Any other nurses with similar backgrounds that can give me some additional help?
