denied admission test scores

Hello, I recently took the Ati critical thinking test and accuplacer reading comprehension test. I got a call the same day telling me that I passed the reading portion but needed 8 more points to pass the critical thinking part. I was asked to come in the next day and take the test again. I retook the test the next day. It was all the same questions all over again which was so stressful cause I found myself second guessing myself which i believe now was the intention. I got a call the day after that and was told I did worse on the second test. Now the man did tell me over the phone my reading comprehension scores and both critical thinking scores. But in all fairness i want to see the scores for myself. So I asked him if i could see my scores and I was told I could not. My scores are also blocked on the Ati website. I called Ati and they said you have to get your scores from the school. I have called the school twice since Friday and left 2 voice mails, just politely asking for a return call regarding the nursing exam but i have yet to get a return call. i'm not mad or bitter that i didn't get in. I have another test scheduled for next month so i have moved on I'm just really bothered by what i was told. Can a school deny you your test scores? any comments are appreciated.
