Deciding Between Virginia Schools for ABSN programs

Hi all,

I'm in a tricky situation where I have been accepted into Shenandoah University's ABSN program for next fall as well as GWU's ABSN Fall 2021 program. However, they're super expensive so I'm holding out for George Mason, which won't notify us until end of March. GWU requires a deposit to their program by beginning of March, so I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the differences between the programs? I'm trying to conduct some research so I can make a decision soon.

Hi!  I am have also been accepted to both programs.  Have you found any additional information on either of the schools?  I did not apply to George Mason.

I attended a virtual open house for both schools which were very helpful! I ended up choosing GW because they have really good scholarship options and they have a really cool new simulation lab!

Thank you!   I was accepted to start Summer 2021 at GW and Fall 2021 Shenandoah.  I am stressing about how expensive GW is, did you apply to the Washington Squared Program?  I have not heard from the financial aid office at GW yet.

Yes! My interview is end of March and I have to write an essay as well. I also got another scholarship through the school, but yeah the money is definitely stressing me out.
