DC area Nurse Residency programs

I am completing my BSN in May and considering relocating to the northern Virginia/ DC area. Just curious if anyone knows when hospitals start accepting applications? I’m specifically looking at Georgetown or Washington Hospital Center, but open to hearing about other residency applications.
