Daily life for an NNP

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but are there any NNPs out there who would comment on what your day is typically like? What time do you start/finish? How is call typically handled etc? Not necessarily duties, but more general schedule/lifestyle issues. Do you work academic or private? How many MDs? NNPs? Residents? Fellows? Also, do you ever have duties outside the NICU (clinic, research)? What about "block" scheduling (ie you work a lot this month - heavy call for example - and then have a block of time off)?
