CRNP On-Call Time Pay

I work for a private cardiology practice. In addition to our full-time hours during the week, we are being asked to pick up night call as well as call to cover the entire weekend (day rounds and nights). We would cover 2 hospitals. Most calls are handled from home but sometimes (I'd say 25%) you have to go in to the hospital to take care of an emergency.

Does anyone take this type of call in addition to regular hours and if so, would you mind sharing what your pay rate is? I'm trying to negotiate something that is fair to both myself and the practice.
