Well,
I have my first job interview next week. I haven't done clinicals at this particular hospital, so I don't really know what it's like. Does anyone have any tips about interviewing for CRNA positions? I know it's not all about the money and that there are plenty of other factors to consider as well. I have awhile to decide, because I'm not finished with school for several more months, I just wanted to get a head start on the process. Any tips from you seasoned CRNAs?

coming from experience with a new job, make sure any promisses are IN THE CONTRACT. and not just verbal commitments. i.e. call frequency, salary, schedule etc. Trust me, those who do hiring are experienced and wise about making contracts, we, on the other hand may not be.
