Hey guys, I am doing my high school graduation paper on the mental health of CRNA's and I was wondering if any of the CRNAs or any of the other APNs (as long as you specify please) here would answer the following questions.
1. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being not much and 10 being a lot, how much do you believe your job stresses you out?
2. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being not much and 10 being a lot, how much do you believe your job takes a toll on your life?
3. Do you believe more programs assisting with the mental health of those with these high risk jobs need to be brought forth?
4. Have you or anyone in your workplace ever experienced stress overload or mental illnesses due to your job?
5. Does your workplace have programs to help with the mental health of their workers, if so is it held at a priority?
6. Do you feel happy and comfortable with your job?
7. Do you believe there is a Mental health stigma with workers in the health sciences field?
I was also wondering if I can interview a CRNA and use them as a primary source. Thank you so much.

Hi there. Most people in this particular forum are current or prospective nurse anesthesia students. You might have better odds getting in contact with a practicing CRNA in the CRNA specialty forum. Not a whole lot of CRNAs are on this site in general these days, so just a heads up you might have better luck getting in touch with another type of APRN in their respective specialty forum (nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, or certified nurse midwife).
Okay I'll try. Thank you so much!!
