Could Alabama See more hybrid programs??

Currently most college campuses have restricted classroom instruction and are now online, and that includes nursing programs. I understand Wallace State has decided to bring back their hybrid program, which allowed some type of flexibility when it comes the lectures (50/50 or lectures available online) Do you think additional colleges will consider the hybrid format since it’s the new normal due to COVID-19?
