CoreConcepts and APEX board preparation test scores

What range do your programs tell you that you should be in to pass boards? My program told me scoring in the 60-70s range was fine in APEX, and in APEX you can see the national averages are around there frequently, but given that 1st- and 2nd-years use APEX, shouldn't we be a bit higher? Curious what others are being told.
