Wanted to start a thread for those applying to Cook Children's hospital in Fort Worth for fall 2025!

Yes it opened up back on March 19th. They close next Tuesday.

Have you heard anything about an interview? I wonder if it's like a first come first serve basis

No the applications haven't closed yet. My impression is that they won't start calling for interviews until they've gone through all the applications. I prepped for weeks to have everything I needed because they require two professional letters written on their templates, and an essay with its own very specific template. I asked my PEDS and Foundations professors back in Feb to submit the letters the day the applications opened.

Going off from last years post for Oct 2024 it looks like they started calling the week after the applications closed so it's def possible

I feel like they will probably start calling today for interviews so let us know if anybody hears anything!

I have a friend who worked there who just told me they have to sort through all the applicants. Said a couple of weeks. Granted he did it pre 2020 so don't know how accurate that is
