Conversion of B.Sc. Nursing in India to BSN US in california

Hello all,

My sister just immigrated to California,USA with greencard, she has completed her B.Sc. Nursing degree (4 year degree) in India, i have few questions in regards to her career in US.

I am aware that she has to take NCLEX RN here.

1) What are the best books that you recommend that she should study for NCLEX-RN?

2) BON california ask for "complete breakdown of coursework" from the school?has anyone in the same situation here and had some format on this?

3) is it a good idea to take CGFNS? California Board doesn't requires it but if it helps in transcript evaluation. would it be a good idea?

4) what's the process here to convert from B.Sc. Nursing India to BSN in California?
