Hey guys! I am currently a LPN student and will graduate this december. I am looking to continue my education. I ultimatly would like to earn my BSN. I was wondering if any of you had suggestions on a good school... either LPN to RN or LPN to BSN. I currently reside in New York but I am willing to go to a different state for school if it is the right fit. Thank you in advance!
Alexis :)

Here in Minnesota around the Twin Cities metro area we have a pretty cool program. There's a handful of schools part of the MANE program (Minnesota Alliance for Nursing Education). Anyway these programs are neat because if/when you are accepted you are dually admitted to an LPN-RN bridge and an RN-BSN bridge. So you move seamlessly from one into the other with almost no hassle (no applications or issues transferring credits etc).
Also you are eligible, if you want to, to take the NCLEX-RN halfway through (when you reach the ADN benchmark) before automatically beginning the BSN semesters.
The application process is incredibly easy, and the programs are competitive... but not so competitive that you would need a 4.0 and a perfect TEAS. (I had a 3.2 and an 89.3, but I've heard lower grades/scores getting in after being on the reconsider list)
plus we're all super nice here in MN, or atleast that's what we like people to think
