Considering Corrections- Job Description??

Hi...I have been offered a per diem position at the Sac County jail. It's through an agency. I don't have much information, and am wondering what the day to day job entails.

I have been hired as a correctional nurse (R.N.)through a nurse recruiter in Eugene, OR. I have not started yet, therefore was wondering what I'm in for?

What is the dress code? Is it a safe place to work?
