Confused Travel nurse following diversion

Hello everyone. Im a travel nurse that was working at a facility in Texas when I was accused of diversion, contract termed, & termed by my agency 2 weeks ago. I found this website and have been reading a lot of entries which has me even more scared. I havent contacted a lawyer yet but will be doing so this week. My problem is money, support, & resources. I am by myself. Many aquaintances but no family and not many friends.I do not know how I would manage to pay lawyer fees, fines, and everything that i have read about with the TPAPN program while not working for years. Honestly, I would be fine with losing my license as long as I would be ok with possible criminal charges. That is the most impt to me. Also, since this hapenned in TX, do I have to stay in TX to complete their program OR could I go back to my home state and complete their program where I could possibly stay with a friend of mine? Im from LA. With me not being from TX and knowing no one here- i dont know what to do. Is Austin the only city that this program is offered in? I would appreciate any help on this topic.
