hello...I'm a newbie from the philippines...would like to ask what are the requirements in new york to be able to apply for nclex exam??? do local boards really count??? what if I wasn't able to get it, can I still apply for nclex exam? how long will it take for me to know if I can take the exam...thanks for your help.
