Confused about new PCT job and hours...

I started a new dialysis job in May 2012, while the job is very repetitious and I am still learning, I do enjoy it. Now that I'm getting settled in, the hours I find aren't working for me. My start time is 6am, so my mother comes to my house in the morning to watch my son because my husband leaves the same time. His job makes more than double of mine. I am ready to extend my family just now that would be more responsibility for my mother which isn't fair. I wish the clinic could offer different hours but they can't. It's a great job with great benefits and the ability to go for my RN paid for. I don't know what to do now that I have this great job, but want to have another child. Any opinions?
