We can't answer that question. Only the school can answer questions about its requirements. Some schools require a specific class to assure that students learn specific skills that will be needed for school. Other schools may accept the class that you have already taken.
You'll have to keep trying to get in touch with someone at your school.
This is a requirement at my school, and it's stated just like that. Read the catalog or program handbook (if it's available on the school's website) to find out for sure, but at my school this means you must pass a computer literacy test prior to graduation OR pass a computer literacy course.
Good luck! :)

On one school's nursing homepage, it states that one of the admission criteria is "computer literacy". It just says that. Does this mean that I need a course? Is there any way to challenge a course by stating that I've taken online classes recently, and that would show that I am computer literate?
I've had no luck contacting the school, so that's why I am asking here for a general response (to see if anyone else has had this issue).
