Community Mental Health Learning Plan HELP!

Hi there!

I am a 3rd year nursing student currently doing a community mental health placement.

I work with an ACT team, helping people with severe, persistent mental illness, particularly schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder.

I am having a really tough time figuring out what to do my learning plan about!! I thought that doing something around self-care deficits or compliance issues...I am lost! Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
