We've been having such gorgeous weather though! I'm not ready for snow! Our districts here in Minnesota never close anyway! I remember one winter when the GOVERNOR had to close the schools for a -70 degree windchill because the schools wouldn't.

OMG I would be SO depressed right now if snow was in our forecast :nailbiting: I live just North of Boston and the Winter of 2014-2015 scarred me for life I think. We got over 8 FEET that Winter and I had snow in my yard until May. My poor kids had to be in school until June 29th b/c of all the snow days!

I do love a nice snow day, and maybe I will appreciate it more, now that I work in a school, but b/c I work in a different district than my own kids, there is potential that they are off and I am working which would blow!

I block that winter out of my memory. We had to make up 3 days as we had 5 built into our calendar.

I am okay with 0 snow days.

It has been an unusual fall, we have been having 60 degree days here! We don't close too often either and rarely for the cold. But they do keep track of the visibility pretty close, and we are so rural that blowing snow closes access to our gravel roads pretty quickly so buses have a hard time getting to the kids.

Bring it!!

we are in a pretty bad drought and need the snow for the water table.

Don't tempt mother nature! I'm okay with rain. we can get rain.

NOOOOOO!! No snow!! We are already in school a week longer than last year and I don't want to go into June!! No snow days!!

We have 6 snow days built in to our calendar and we do not get those days back if we don't use them. Last year we got tons of snow, but only on Saturdays/Sundays. We did not have a single snow day and it was very disappointing! I'm up for some snow, but maybe not until December.

Enjoy it if you can, I can't stand snow!

I would rather trudge through the winter and get out earlier in June. Although, I do plan on using my snow days as a bargaining tool for incentive bonus pay at my PRN jon. "I know you've had callouts due to the weather, I'd be happy to come in since I have the day off... but it will cost you!"
