anyone heard of the name K izzy kalu? who processed philippine nurses to go to u.s. thanks. is this real or a scam? i asked bec. i know one filipino who paid him a total of $6500 in 6 months time. and her papers was denied by uscis and she dont know why she was denied, they (kalu and atty. fragomen) said thaty she will wait 2 years to appleal her papers. is this a scam or not? if it it, how can my friend get the money back she paid? thanks
