LVN's who can pass the TEAS test, from my understanding. Many people have a hard time passing. Many LVN to RN programs have closed for various reasons but I hear one is cause LVN's have a hard time passing the TEAS test but I don't plan on being 1 of them.
I dont plan on being one of those either

COC is a tough school that is held by higher standards than an LACC. I'm not knocking LACC schools as I have attended those as well. I'm just stating the facts. I would suggest to attend a nursing info seminar at COC. They provide lots of good information & they stayed with me after to encourage me to attend their RN program. They didn't make me feel like I needed them yet why they needed me. Yes I am a hospital experienced LVN (over 20 yrs in the medical field & a little over 2 yrs as an LVN). I drive approximately 25 miles one way to school but I like the staff at COC so I am encouraged to stay. Their nursing dept is very helpful and they want qualified LVN's in their program. Good luck to you!!!
