College of the Canyons or Pasadena City College - School advice

UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Hi! I'm an incoming RN student and got accepted into College of the Canyons and Pasadena City College. They are about the same price. College of the canyons is a little closer to me but Pasadena has a slightly higher NCLEX pass rate. I'm stuck on which school to go to. Is there anyone that's been to either school that could give me some advice? Thank you!

Hello Alejandra, I'm currently in the same pickle as you were a year ago, I got accepted into both schools for fall 2025 and trying to figure out which school to attend. I would like to know your input on what school you decided to attend ? And how are you liking the current school you are at. Thank you

Hi Roxsana, 

Sorry for the late response, I just saw you commented! I ended up choosing Pasadena and Im really happy with my decision. I've had some amazing professors that really care about their job and want you to become a great nurse. Im learning a lot and have met some great friends! I will say the program can be disorganized at times. A few professors had left the program when I first started, which contributed to the mess. Every program will have their pros and cons, but overall I feel like I chose the right school.
